Pinecrest is one-acre lots and pools to match. A typical Pinecrest pool runs 25–40k gallons — roughly double the gallon count of a Doral townhouse pool. That means more chlorine demand, more cyanuric stabilizer, and 30–45 minutes of brushing and vacuuming vs. 15–20 in smaller pools. We price weekly service by gallon count, not flat rate.
The mature oak canopy along Old Cutler and the side streets near Pinecrest Gardens is gorgeous. It also drops more leaf litter per square foot than almost any neighborhood in Miami-Dade. Weekly customers get two surface skims and an extra basket emptying through fall at no extra charge.
Iguanas. Yes — they're a real Pinecrest pool issue. Iguana droppings spike nitrogen and phosphates, which feed algae. If we see a regular iguana visitor on the patio, we adjust chemistry weekly until you sort the deterrent side. We've handled enough of these to have opinions.
