Why the license matters
Remodeling requires a licensed contractor. We are one.
In Florida, pool remodeling, resurfacing, and structural repair legally require a Certified Pool/Spa Contractor license — not a service license. JAF holds CPC #1461473, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
That license means documented field experience, a passed state exam, proof of financial responsibility, and continuing general liability insurance. Most crews offering "pool remodeling" in South Florida are not licensed to do it.
